BARE BONES BENEATH THE FLOORBOARDS (volume ten) – August 12, 2022

Imagine tying the states of New Jersey and Florida together! What a marvelous journey! My eleven-year-old son and I both read the story then talked about it. He generally doesn’t like to read, but this book made him want to read another mystery book. I recommend this book for its fun connection to Walt Disney World and pirates. – – D. Larson, Erie, PA

THE CASE OF THE VANISHING MAIL (volume nine) – December 10, 2021

My daughter Poppy questioned mail deliveries after reading this book. I told her that our own family has experienced problems with the mail over the years, and she even asked our local post office workers about real, recent experiences. We appreciate reading all of the author’s books because her stories make us think about the real world that surrounds us. – – N. Fox, Tulsa, OK

VOICES BEYOND THE HIDDEN STAIRCASE (volume six) – June 28, 2017

Ali does it again! She interjects humor, surprising twists and love’s innocence in this newest mystery like she’s done before. And we readers enjoy it all! This mystery digs into the little-known underground railroad in Burlington County. As a former resident, I found that particularly intriguing. Also, as a grandparent, I’ve shared my collection of Ali’s mysteries with my grandchildren. Together we talk about them in our own little book club. I look forward to volume seven.

THE CASE OF THE MASCOT’S MISSING FIRE (volume five) – July 23, 2016

Book makes Ohio Valley shine!
It’s wonderful to read something so positive for young people about our hometown! Lots of research obviously because of so many local details about the murals and the school. I recommend this for anyone who lives in the Ohio Valley! Great read.
